Design and Concepts – Assignment 5

Brainstorming for my assigment 5 – A Love Theme Greeting Card. Here’s a rough sketch I had on mind. One thing that I want it to be kept is simplicity. So I’ve decided to draw some doves, and these doves uses ribbons, a rose and a love-shaped balloon to create a chinese character of love. In my mind I have choosen the color concepts that I want to use. One using complementary and the other, monochromatic. The design below will be based on complementary color. The second design I’m still brainstorming for ideas. Something that suits the monochromatic color. Stay tuned!
